Bespoke Programmes
Our expertise lies in facilitating positive cultural change and developing high performing leadership teams through accredited and bespoke training.
Why Choose a Bespoke Programme?
We understand that organisational culture is unique as a fingerprint, and you may have very specific organisational objectives to achieve that don’t align to generic development programmes. Whether you are developing organisational strategy, implementing change, or looking for ways to engage and support your people, our experienced team will be pleased to partner with you to develop a bespoke learning and development initiative.
Our Approach
We see bespoke work in terms of projects rather than courses and can use a variety of methods and tools to achieve outcomes. Our bespoke development approach follows the stages of: ‘Inquiry, Dialogue, Discovery, and Design’.
We use a consultative method to establish organisational and training needs, that begins with reflective discussion with our client, exploring the issues through dialogue, and then collaboratively developing a solution-focused intervention. We establish the critical outcomes of the project and identify how best to evaluate the impact following training.
We are creative in our approach. Our learning interventions incorporate training workshops, virtual support, action learning, coaching, and we frequently develop business simulations, challenges, or outdoor experiences, depending on the objectives of the project.
A Lasting Impact
We believe that what follows the learning intervention is fundamental to supporting longer term behaviour change. We run small group ‘action learning’ sessions, focussed on practice. We can support participants with one-to-one or team coaching, and many of our learners enrol in professional accreditation, enabling us to support them through tutorials, Supervision, and network events. We can also provide train-the-trainer and coaching development support, enabling the client to provide internal guidance and facilitation to learners. Our courses can be accredited by the Chartered Management Institute as required.
