“The course was structured in a way to fit around the time constraints of the managers involved, working with the firm to find a suitable timescale. The intervals between the sessions were enough to enable participants to reflect on and implement the training but not too long that the impact was lessened. Pierson and Laura worked well together to provide stimulating and engaging content, leading the conversation but not dominating the discussions. Each session built on previous sessions and handouts and exercises were provided that were both interesting and will provide a useful resource for future reference. In law firms the career route to management level is often by diligence and success as a fee-earner. The acquisition of people management skills through structured training is often overlooked as part of that progression. I would recommend this course to law firms where implementation of leadership development would be beneficial to the ongoing support of managers.”
